Injury does not mean immobility, or in other words, motion is lotion. I want my patients to feel confident in themselves to move their bodies while they are in recovery. I do this through education, listening to their short- and long-term goals, and by challenging my patients to push themselves on an individualized basis. I approach all of my patients with compassion, relatability, and through a holistic wellness lens. I understand that my patients have lives outside of the clinic walls, so I want to ensure that their therapy plan fits their lifestyle. At the end of the day, I hope to get to know my patients and that they look forward to coming to their appointments.
